Excellent service. So efficient it was impressive. We were 3 friends with an appointment to a place where they turned us off because they didn’t have water. In less than 1 hour, we called them, arrived, registered, got 3 cleanings and an appointment the day after for cavities. Staff was really quick and professional.

I have been coming here since 2020. Not only are they a biodentist but they are full service. I had to get 3 implants this time. And the office helped arrange for my hotel, which included 2 meals a day. Then the Dentist picked me up for my appointments each day. And dropped me back off at the hotel. They made the entire experience as painless as possible. And we're beyond professional. They gave me back my bright smile. And I can't say enough great things about this Dental office. They are gentle and thorough, and address each and every detail. Even helped me whiten my teeth before choosing the implant color. And they set me up with a new night guard as well. I am so happy to recommend these Dentists.

My husband and I spend about half the year in Nicaragua and we were informed before coming this year we were going to need substantial dental work. We are very thankful Dr. Barquero and his wonderful team were referred to us. The office has very modern equipment and Dr. Barquero is up on the latest dental practices. He kept me informed throughout the work my husband was having done. I will go back next year for the implant and a veneer. We are patients for life!

During the winter of 2023, I had the opportunity to have a partial restoration of my teeth. I chose Bio Dental of Managua from a referral of an acquittance of mine. There a met Dr. Gonzalo Barquero and his team for a consultation and work that was performed with the restoration of 10 teeth. Over a period of 10 days, Gonzalo and his team installed 10 zirconia crowns, with the out most care and detail in mind. I now have my smile back that I had previously lost over a period of 30 years, I'm currently 57year old gentleman with my smile back! Gonzalo also gave me realistic plan of action with my future dental work, time line etc. While back home, 6 months later while having our family (Canadian) dentist and his team do an yearly assessment with my oral health (cleaning, assessment, x ray etc.) My dentist and the hygienist remark on how well the zirconia crowns looked and how remarkable well the transition of the crown to the gum line looked. My dentist further remarked that dentist that worked on your teeth is exceptionally skilled and a true professional in his field. I'm looking forward to the next visit in Gonzalo's chair with phase 2 of my dental restoration in 2025. I would highly recommend Dr. Gonzalo and his team to anyone who is in need of high quality reassuring dental work. I salute Gonazlo and his team of Biodental Managua.
